how to order from Crystal Angel Wings FAQ


1) how to place an Order:-

Making a purchase could not be easier.

The easiest, simplest, fastest and most efficient way to order is to Just browse our website and click on any items that you wish to buy and add them to your shopping basket. You can order goods and pay for them using your credit/debit card with PayPal or bank transfer

If you prefer and especially useful for our overseas clients you may send your request to us via email clearly stating what you wish to purchase, we can then send an invoice
Either way, please remember to include the address where you would like us to send the goods to.
Also, remember to include an email address and telephone number where we can contact you should we need to contact you.



2) Payment:-


All goods and services supplied by us must be paid for in UK Pounds Sterling.

The quickest and safest way to pay
is by Paypal, after finishing your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for details that we will need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit and debit card Visa, MasterCard and Maestro payment via Paypal.
We accept as well as bank transfers, personal cheques and building society cheques.
We cannot accept payment in currencies other than British Pounds Sterling.

If you live outside of the UK and pay by credit/debit card, we will take the cost of goods ordered (plus shipping if applicable) in British Pounds Sterling. Your own credit/debit card company will convert this to your local currency at their own exchange rate.

The cost of shipping will be added to your order,

3) Delivery:-

Goods ordered will be packed and dispatched by us generally using first class post via Royal Mail. However, there may be times when we choose to use a courier service as we are able to track your package and we reserve the right to do this if we feel that the situation demands it.
In most cases, we will endeavour to dispatch goods within 72 hours, but in any event, goods will be dispatched within 28 days.
Please recognize that there will be times when we have to source a particular item(s) and in these instances, we will let you know and give you an estimated delivery date.


4) Delivery Outside of the United Kingdom:-

We can deliver worldwide. please contact us if your country isn't listed when you check out your basket,
all our prices are for delivery inside the UK

you can also send us an enquiry from any product page to get a shipping quote or to request an invoice


5) Postage & Packaging (Shipping) :-
All postage stated on the website is for the UK only if you are buying outside of the UK and your country
isn't listed please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

The cost of this will be added to your order unless your order has qualified for free postage

Why do you only have UK postage prices?

As you may know postage services charge not only by weight but by size and some by volume it makes setting up a postage system for such a small business impossible, here at Crystal Angel Wings we like to give you the best deal we can on postage which an automated system can not provide as we have so many products of varying weight and sizes.

We like to personally provide the best service for everyone we are a small ethical spiritual business and we take those extra steps to provide the best service we can


6) Non Receipt of your order by You:-

Please inform us as soon as possible if you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time frame. UK- 14 days and USA 28 days


7) Damaged Goods:-

We will endeavour to pack and wrap, with great care, everything you order from us. However, we recognise that there will be times when, for whatever reason, the goods you receive will have suffered damage in the post. In these circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible so that we may discuss the matter and help to reach an agreement where you will be happy.
